CHIEF WINE OFFICER
My love for wine started back in my days of living in northern California. I resided near Lodi and most outings included wine tasting through Zinfandel country whenever friends and family visited. The more I learned about wine - the more I fell in love with it. I knew something wine related was going to be a business venture for me someday. Cut to years later, a divorce and finally getting to create a passion project for myself, I jumped on the idea I have had for years, a mobile wine trailer. Voilà, ROAM was born!
I wanted to create a modern, stylish experience that introduced different types of wine to fellow wine drinkers and the wine curious outside of the typical restaurant setting. My focus is to take the intimidation out of wine. ROAM operates, only serving wine and wine-based cocktails, setting up at community, private or corporate events through a NE liquor license and temporary SDL permits from the city.
